What It Means
What Supported Living Means to Us
Supported living is about people having their own home, their own routines and their own choices, with support that helps them achieve their goals. Our support workers work alongside each person to build everyday skills, take part in community life and make decisions about their own future.
Support plans are created with the person and adapt as their confidence grows.

Where Support Is Delivered
We provide support in people's own tenancies and family homes. We do not provide the accommodation itself, but we can work with housing providers and commissioners to arrange the right support.
For Social Workers and Commissioners
We welcome conversations with local authorities, NHS teams and social workers about adults who may benefit from supported living. Use the form to request a secure follow up discussion.
- Person centred assessment and planning
