Who We Are
A Trusted Home Care Provider in the West Midlands
Cradley Care Services is a home care and support provider based at the Waterfront in Brierley Hill. We support older people, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people with mental health needs and people living with long term or life limiting conditions.
Our services range from regular visits at home to supported living, live-in care, complex care, respite and palliative care. Whatever the level of support, our aim stays the same: to help each person feel safe, comfortable and in control of their own life.

Our team comes from many backgrounds and shares one goal: making a positive difference every day. Every member of staff completes safer recruitment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check and references, and finishes induction training before supporting anyone. Ongoing training, supervision and spot checks help our team keep their skills up to date.
